Quality Control for Condom Production
Many buyers ask how we keep condom quality stable for OEM orders. At our factory, quality control runs through every step of production. All our condoms are made following ISO 4074 and GB7544 standards to fit different market safety rules around the world.
1. Raw Material Inspection
Quality control starts before production begins. When raw materials arrive at our warehouse, our QA team will take random samples from each batch for testing.
Natural latex, our key material, is imported from Thailand. It will not be stored or used in production until it passes all tests. Lubricants and other additives are also checked at this stage. Any material that fails inspection will be rejected directly and will not go into production. This is the first line to keep stable product quality.
2. In-line Production Checks
We do not wait until production finishes to test. While the machines are running, our QA staff take samples regularly from the production line.
We check the latex mixture, water-based lube, silicone lube and other added components. Operators also monitor the working status of equipment all the time. If any sample fails to meet requirements, the team will check the line immediately and adjust parameters. Only qualified products can move to packaging.
3. Packaging Inspection
After condoms are sealed in foil pouches, our workers check every detail of the packs. We check whether the seal is tight, if the printing is clear, and whether there are scratches or damage on the package.
For OEM customers, we will review your box artwork before printing. The design needs to follow local market rules. For example, goods for Europe need correct and clear CE marking. Mistakes on packaging may cause trouble during customs clearance or official inspection.
The user leaflet will contain all mandatory information and be easy to understand, complying with local regulatory requirements.
4. Pre-shipment Check
Before each order is ready for delivery, we carry out a full pre-shipment review.
Our QA manager checks all batch test records and related documents to confirm the whole shipment meets your quality agreement. After approval, the packing team gets the pass notice, and we can prepare shipping documents and arrange delivery. No goods leave our factory without this final quality confirmation.
5. Electronic Testing & Sampling
Every condom passes automatic electronic testing. This equipment can find products with tiny holes. Defective condoms will be sorted out separately, while qualified ones flow to the next process.
Besides the 100% electronic test, we also run sample tests according to our internal standards. Market regulators may also conduct random spot checks on finished products.
We support customers to build their own condom brands with OEM service. You are welcome to schedule a factory tour and see our full production and quality control process in person.
