Factory Overview

1.Cooling condom moulds

Glass or ceramic moulds, which shape the condoms produced by a leading latex condom manufacturer, are cooled to a specific temperature.

This controlled cooling process is essential as it affects how the latex adheres to the moulds. The moulds move along a continuous production

line, passing through cooling systems that regulate their temperature accurately.

2.Condom dipping line

First, continuously immerse the clean glass moulds into the latex tank to coat them with a layer of latex. Rotate the moulds to ensure the latex

is evenly applied, and after drying, dip them in latex againthis completes the condom dipping process. Finally, rinse them with clean water before

moving on to the next step.

3.Vulcanization of condoms

After shaping is complete, the moulds and latex enter a high-temperature drying stage. The temperature here reaches 110-120 degrees Celsius,

high enough to cause the latex to undergo a remarkable chemical transformation. Under high temperatures, sulfur molecules act like bridges, connecting

the carbon-based chains in the latex to form a more stable network structure. Vulcanization is a thermochemical process that solidifies the rubber by

adding other accelerators to the rubber mixture. As a professional condom manufacturing company, dongyang songpu latex jinzhou co ltd understands

the importance of this step: it makes the wet condoms on the production line stronger and more resilient, ultimately creating products with standard

thickness and elasticity to ensure effectiveness.

4.Condom Electronically Test

Dry electrolytic testing is an important step. It uses the principle of electric current to detect holes in condoms. After the condom is placed

on a stainless steel mould, the device applies electricity to both the inside and outside. If the condom is intact, the current cannot pass through.

However, if there is even a tiny hole, the circuit is completed, thus screening out unqualified condoms. We have fully automatic electronic inspection

equipment as well as manual electronic inspection lines.

5.Condom Sealing workshop

Our condom factory inner packaging workshop was bulit as per GMP 100,000 clean level. Each condom is individually sealed in its packaging,

which may include foil wrappers or other types of packaging materials. All the packaging process is automated to ensure hygiene and efficiency.

6.Condom Packing workshop

Condom packaging is divided into two categories: manual packaging and machine packaging. Regular specifications of 3 pieces/box and 12

pieces/box are packaged by automatic box packing machines, which can significantly improve production efficiency; large packaging and other

complex packaging forms need to be completed manually.

7.Condom test cernter

We have a condom testing center, where the laboratory can complete a full set of finished product testing items, including pinhole testing,

burst testing, aging testing and visible defect testing. A comprehensive finished product inspection report is attached to each batch of goods

—this strict quality control system is what makes us stand out among good condom brands and helps us move toward becoming a recognized

best condom brand.

8. Warehouse

Our condom factory have three warehouses: raw material, semi-finished product and finished product. The raw material warehouse

mainly stores materials for condom package production, aluminum foil rolls and boxes; the finished product warehouse stacks all pending

products neatly by shipping priority. Container trucks can drive directly into the warehouses for convenient loading and unloading—this

efficient warehousing system supports our operations as a custom condom maker and ensures timely delivery of both standard and customized

products to customers.
