1. Strict Selection of Safe Raw Materials
We only use medical-level raw materials to make all lubricant products, to ensure they are safe for human body use.
Basic materials include pure water for water-based lubricants, silicone oil for silicone-based lubricants, and natural plant oil for oil-based products. We add thickening materials to adjust the product’s thickness and texture, making the use experience more comfortable. Moisturizing ingredients are added to keep long-lasting wetness. We also use mild acid and safe antibacterial materials to keep the product’s pH value balanced and prevent bacterial growth.
Besides regular formulas, our professional technical team can test and develop new formulas according to customers’ personalized needs.
2. Uniform Mixing and Full Stirring
All raw materials are mixed and stirred in large stainless steel equipment in clean production workshops. For common water-based lubricants, we use a normal temperature production method. We first fully mix and dissolve powder materials in pure water, then add moisturizing and safe protective materials in order.
For silicone-based lubricants, we use special stirring machines to mix different raw materials evenly and avoid layering. We thoroughly clean the equipment when switching different product formulas to prevent cross mixing and ensure every product is pure and safe.
3. Full Inspection and Quality Control for Every Batch
Every batch of finished lubricants will go through strict laboratory tests, following ISO 13485 international medical product quality standards.
We test the product’s thickness and pH value to make sure it is close to human body characteristics and will not cause irritation. We check for harmful bacteria to ensure the products are clean and hygienic. We also test the product’s concentration to avoid hurting sensitive skin and body tissues.
As a professional lubricant manufacturer, we provide official quality test reports (COA) for all batches of products. All test data is recorded completely, so customers can fully trust our product quality without worries.
4. Automatic Filling, Custom Packaging and Delivery
All qualified products will be sent to automatic filling production lines. We accurately fill the products into hoses, bottles and small sachets. All products are sealed tightly to avoid damage and leakage. We mark production batch numbers and expiration dates on each product for easy tracking and checking.
We support all kinds of personalized packaging services. Apart from regular packages, we can make special card-style packages, candy-style small sachets and portable independent packages. We can also print customers’ exclusive brand logos and patterns on packages.
After inner packaging is completed, we will pack the products into display boxes and export cartons, and then deliver them to markets all over the world.
