1. Sample Policy​

Whether you’re evaluating quality for new custom condom projects or comparing options for good condom brands, our sample policy caters to different needs:​

Free Reference Samples: For quality checks only, we offer up to 10pcs of standard samples (no customized design) free of charge. Freight is to be collected by the buyer.​

Customized Samples (with your logo): If you need samples printed with your brand logo—perfect for previewing your personalised condoms or custom condoms before mass production—the following charges apply (for reference):​

Plate-Making Fee: USD 85 per color (calculated based on the number of colors in your aluminum foil design).​

Aluminum Foil Printing Fee: USD 220 (MOQ: 10kg).​

Box Printing Fee: USD 250 – USD 450 (varies by box size and printing complexity, critical for making your condom brand stand out among top condom brands).​

2. Shipping Terms

We offer flexible shipping methods and ports to match your logistics needs, whether you’re ordering standard stock or bulk custom condom batches:​

Shipping Methods:​

Sea shipment (cost-effective for large orders, such as full batches of custom sized condoms or custom fit condoms for your brand).​

Air freight or international express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX) for urgent orders (great for last-minute replenishments of popular custom condoms).​

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is also available, simplifying logistics for new condom brand partners.​

Default Shipping Port: Our quoted prices are based on FOB Tianjin by default (adjustable for orders of any scale, from RTS stock to custom condom bulk purchases).​

Customized Terms: If you require CIF, CFR, or other shipping terms—whether for personalised condoms or standard products—please specify your needs when inquiry—we will adjust the quotation accordingly.

We offer secure, flexible payment options to balance both parties’ interests:

For bulk orders: 30% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) in advance as a deposit; the balance is paid against inspection confirmation or a copy of the B/L (Bill of Lading).

Alternative methods: L/C (Letter of Credit) or D/P (Documents against Payment) are accepted for large-value orders.

For small orders: PayPal or Alipay are available for convenient payment.

5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our MOQ is set to support both brand startups and large-scale bulk purchases:

OEM Orders: MOQ is 100,000pcs per style of condom (with the same aluminum foil design).

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Orders: Minimum order is 1 carton, with two standard packing specifications:

3pcs/box: 1 carton = 1,440 boxes.

12pcs/box: 1 carton = 360 boxes.
