From raw materials to final delivery, Recare condoms undergo 12 rigorous processes to ensure your intimate safety:

Every process is a commitment to “safety”. Recare embeds “assurance” into every condom through 12 checkpoints.
Sample Process
If you wish to have a finished product featuring your own design before production commences, please first send us your designed original files. —our team as a professional condom manufacturer in China and experienced latex condom manufacturer will handle the rest.We will adjust the dimensions according to your design, add the batch number and expiration date, and select the appropriate printing process. Typically, the finished product will be completed within 5-7 working days after the design is finalized.
OEM Order Process
1. Requirement & Sample Confirmation (5-7 Working Days)
Customer provides product specifications/customization requirements → We issue a corresponding quotation → Customer sends design files → Sample production → Customer confirms samples.
Key Note: Clarify customization details (e.g., logo, batch number format); samples will serve as the production standard.
2.Contract & Advance Payment (1-2 Working Days)
Sign the Foreign Trade Contract(specifies order quantity, delivery date, quality standards) → Customer pays 30%-50% advance payment → We start production
Key Note: The contract must clearly state payment terms and liability for breach of contract.
3.Production & Quality Inspection (30-50 Working Days, adjusted by order quantity)
Raw material procurement & mass production (in line with sample standards) → Full-process inspection (FQC) + finished product sampling inspection (IPQC) → Ensure product qualification
Key Note: Print necessary information (batch number, expiration date, etc.) simultaneously during production.
4.Balance Payment & Shipment (1-3 Working Days)
Customer confirms finished products → Customer pays the remaining balance → Arrange freight forwarder for transportation → Prepare customs declaration and clearance documents
Key Note: Select shipping method (sea/air/express) as agreed in the contract.
5.Transportation & After-Sales Service (10-50 Working Days, adjusted by shipping method)
Complete customs declaration → Cross-border transportation (we track logistics status) → Customer receives and inspects goods → Report quality issues within 3 days for us to handle; order closes if no issues arise
Key Note: Clarify liability distinction between transportation damage and product quality defects.
Recare Brand Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Order Process
1.Inventory & Requirement Confirmation (1-2 Working Days)
Customer selects products (model/specification/quantity) → We check inventory status → Provide quotation (including RTS unit price and logistics options) → Customer confirms order details
Key Note: Clearly state stock status (available for shipment/to be transferred between warehouses). If stock is insufficient, inform the customer of the restock lead time in advance.
2. Contract & Payment (1 Working Day)
Sign the Procurement Contract(specifies product type, total amount, and delivery date) → Customer makes payment (full amount/agreed percentage) → We lock the corresponding inventory
Key Note: The contract must clearly indicate trade terms (e.g., FOB/CIF/EXW) and division of logistics responsibilities.
3.Stock Preparation & Outbound Quality Inspection (1-2 Working Days)
Warehouse picks goods according to the order → Verifies model/quantity → Conducts sampling inspection on finished products (appearance/packaging integrity) → Attaches shipping marks (including destination labels)
Key Note: Reinforce packaging for bulk goods; confirm container loading time in advance for full-container shipments.
4.Logistics & Customs Declaration Arrangement (1-3 Working Days)
Arrange freight forwarder for booking (or operate according to the customer’s designated freight forwarder) → Prepare customs declaration documents (invoice, packing list, booking note, etc.) → Arrange trucking/delivery to warehouse → Complete customs declaration.
5.Transportation & Finalization (3-30 Working Days, adjusted by shipping method)
Core Actions: Goods loaded onto ship/aircraft → We track logistics status → Customer receives and inspects goods → Send customs clearance documents (e.g., bill of lading) → Process export tax refund (if applicable)
Key Note: Liability for transportation damage shall be determined based on logistics certificates; quality issues shall be handled in accordance with the after-sales terms in the contract.
